Stolen plant machinery recovered in Halstead Several items of high value plant machinery believed to be stolen have been recovered by officers from a location in Halstead.

 

At around 1pm on Friday 29 June 2018 an area of land off Otford Lane was searched by Kent Police, as part of enquiries to locate a tractor which had been reported stolen just hours before.

 

The tractor was found along with several other suspicious items.

 

These included five mini dumper trucks, a trailer, two generators and a mobile office.

 

All the items were seized, along with a number of machine parts including digger buckets, grab hands and drill arms.
