Village meeting to discuss the planning application by Quinn Estates to build on the green belt land at Broke Hill - Wednesday 22nd October 6.45pm

Please come along to our meeting being held at Knockholt Village Centre to share your views on application 25/02129/OUT 660 dwellings + 150 units of retirement village + a Care Home + a Primary School + local centre + café + small country park.

We will be joined by Helen Brown of the Halstead Green Belt Future Group.

Everyone is invited by Sevenoaks District Council to share their views

in writing by 12th November 2025 on the Sevenoaks District
